1. Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of the Aldevor website and your engagement of our sessions and advisory services. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these terms. Aldevor, Kenyatta Avenue 118, Nakuru 20100, Kenya, is the operating entity referred to throughout as "Aldevor", "we" or "us".

2. Use of the service and acceptable use

This website and our sessions are provided for lawful, legitimate research and advisory purposes only. You agree not to use any material, method, or advice obtained through Aldevor to facilitate unlawful surveillance, harassment, or any activity that would breach applicable Kenyan law, including the Data Protection Act, 2019.

All content on this website, including text, session materials, and written formats provided during our services, remains the intellectual property of Aldevor unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use materials provided during a session for your own research purposes but may not redistribute or resell them commercially without permission.

Aldevor provides training, sessions and advisory support on lawful investigative methods; we do not guarantee any particular research outcome, and our services do not constitute legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted under Kenyan law, Aldevor's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

6. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, including the Magistrates' Courts and the High Court of Kenya as appropriate to the matter.
